A plot setting

With currently 54% of the world's population living in urban areas and an expectation of 67% by 2050 (Orchestrating Infrastructure for Sustainable Smart Cities, IEC, 2015), environmental parity, urban planning, and intuitive technology seem at the forefront of modeling solutions.
The social sustainability mesh could also use a dedicated synopsis, with the principle of affected interests as a basis. This principle elaborates that in a democratic setting people should be able to influence decisions that affect them (Fung, Harvard). With also arguments that emotional intelligence can lead to varying performance levels, the plot aims at raising questions for a frame of discernment that will supplant newer relations between members of a shared outcome.

Plot Background:

Second third of the 21st century, testing truth claims has now taken an inductive format, facing legal fora, people must explain their reasoning's validity before doing many actions they'd have done by pure possibility in a not so distant past: A central one is having offspring.

As pharmaceutical players and the rigid ends of governance structures broaden their horizons of use cases and procedural fairness, newer markets thrive on building for individuals well-tailored solutions in previously unexplored fields (Maker Kit, Glowing Plant).ICTs/AI have finally been able to raise the bar, for the topology of atomic level feelings, to be seen as a string of incidences, time, givens and intent.

In the objective of concise justice, with all living parties of an interwoven situation bearing equal humanity, though different consequences: People willing to be parents must individually bring forth rationales that cannot use loss of generality as an argument ('life is this way', 'everyone does so' 'it's nature's cycle'). Beyond simply providing 'minimums' in the hierarchy of needs (Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, Cengage), the child, as an entity existing even without parents and that develops an interactive sense of identity (based on some share of genetics, some preparation, and some share of unknowns) must either be perpetually left as a child with a shot. Thereby rendering the experience as can be tolerated - a small being who can live happily, and remain manageable for parents. Or a string of proofs that the independence of such a being can be tolerated and an upper hand in changing personal outcomes and interests are rational possibilities. A freedom that cannot be nomologically reduced in the after-all state of life the child was unconsulted for - yet brought into.

Another rule is within areas of non-formal confinement with other humans (e.g. the train), a special mask that covers 2/3rds of the face must be used. People thereby choose the portion they wish to display (eyes, lips or nose; never the three) while retaining others invisible. An expressive anonymity.

George Orwell's "A modest proposal" reverbrates through the unconvential approach people must take towards an unpleasant situation that cannot be lied out of. Thomas Malthus' known curve of resources and output being linear, while the population curve- exponential underpins the newer reasoning for dependents. No question of 'one day they'll make it anyways', but rather 'Ceteris paribus, is there a pragmatic and subjective guarantee of solace'? May hope become an instrument independently used, more than a drug for socially explained premiums?

The plot would paint several processes of justification in which the parents' triarchic sense of learning will be probed into - during their explanations, and illustrate where they each, in that quondam present decided to forsake personal accurate meanings, and warp them for appurtenance.
